If you’re a new patient coming to our practice, welcome! You can call us on 02 6412 2033to book an appointment and when you arrive for your appointment, you will be given a new patient registration form by our staff, which can be completed before you go in to see the doctor.
It is highly advisable to make an appointment as those with appointments are given priority over walk-ins. That said, if you were unable to make an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you as a walk-in within a reasonable amount of time.
For your convenience, we accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, cheque or credit card.
Yes, we do. Our doctors and nurses administer flu vaccinations, travel vaccinations and childhood vaccinations. For more information on this service, please call us on 02 6412 2033and our friendly staff will guide you.
To avoid interruptions for our patients during consultations, we do not encourage phone calls to the doctor. If you need to talk to your doctor, you can call and leave a message at the reception, and the doctor or practice nurse will return your call. If it is urgent, you will be connected to our practice nurse who will be able to assist you with your situation.
That is absolutely fine with us. We pride ourselves on offering personalised care and support to all our patients. If you have multiple health issues to discuss, please be sure to mention it to our staff when you call to book an appointment. This way, we’ll be able to book you in as a long appointment, allocating you more time and ensuring the patient after you isn’t kept waiting for too long.
Please book an appointment with us and our doctor will discuss your travel plans with you and provide you with a list of vaccinations you will need. Note: Don’t put off travel vaccinations till the last minute. Some of the vaccines need to be administered well in advance to the travel date in order to be effective.
